Returns

Products sold are not eligible for return since they are sourced from various designers.

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • If the product has a defect.
  • If the delivered product does not match your order.
  • If the product ordered was a stock item.

 

Personalized Orders

All special or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged once
the order has been placed.

 

Process for Exchanges

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Please contact us within 3 days after delivery to initiate the exchange process. You

  • Items must be repacked in their original box with all packaging included, exactly as
    received.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items have been
    damaged after receipt or misused.

 

Shipping Charges for Exchanges

  • If the item delivered is incorrect or defective, we will arrange for a courier to collect
    the item and exchange it at no cost to you.
  • If the item was a stock item, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item. The
    exchanged item will be delivered back to you after you have paid the return and new
    delivery charges.

Payments are accepted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) only.

Sanctioned Countries

Wedonot provide services or engage in trade with individuals or entities from
OFAC-sanctioned countries.
