RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
Products sold cannot be returned since they are ordered from various designers.
Exchanges
We offer to exchange in the following conditions:
If the product has a defect. If we have not delivered what you ordered. If the product ordered was a stock item.
Personalized Orders
All special / personalized orders are final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged once an order has been placed.
Process For Exchanges
Exchanges can only be done for 7 days after the delivery day. Please contact us within 3 days after delivery to inform us, by email on info@earrsinternational.com or call us on +971 4 587 8566 for us to arrange the collection.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are damaged after receipt or have been misused. Re-pack your items in its original box with all packaging (exactly as you received them).
Shipping Charges Cost For Exchanges
If we have not delivered what you ordered Or if the item has a defect, we will arrange for the courier to collect the items to be exchanged. The exchanged item will be delivered back to you at no cost.
If the item ordered was a stock item, we will arrange for the courier to collect the item to be exchanged. The exchanged item will be delivered back to you after payment of return charges and new delivery charges is done.
